In a November 3, 2009 order, application is granted with restriction. License is placed on probation for the renewal period due to Mr. Garbett's having pled guilty and suffered convictions on charges of no proof of insurance and no registration card in vehicle, compounded by his failure to report his convictions to the Division within ten business days as required by statute.
