Description of Licensing Actions or Disciplinary Sanction:
In a November 4, 2009 stipulation and order, Mr. Grange agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2,500.00. In violation of Utah Code Ann. § 61-2c-301(1), Mr. Grange referred three loans to a mortgage company with which he was not employed and accepted a percentage of the commissions from the loan closings as a referral fee. Case number MG 46930.
