Description of Licensing Actions or Disciplinary Sanction:
Agreed to pay a $500 fine and complete the Division’s core course for affirming at the time of his on-line renewal that he had completed 12 hours of qualifying continuing education, including the core course. A post-renewal audit by the Division of Mr. Ackerman’s continuing education showed that although he had taken 20 hours of continuing education in the past two years, he had not taken the Division’s core course. Mr. Ackerman maintained that he thought that the National Association of Realtors Ethics course was the Division’s core course. #RE23337.
