The provider shall ensure that caregivers provide and maintain direct supervision of all children at all times.

Findings:
One , is looking at books in the office; cannot be supervised by any staff in the place where is sitting. This rule was previously found to be out of compliance on 7/9/08. This rule was corrected at the time of the inspection. If compliance to this rule is not maintained, a civil money penalty of $100 per unsupervised child will be assessed.
