Findings:
There are scissors and staple removers accessible in the two year old and infant rooms. This rule was previously found to be out of compliance on 6/04/2007 and 5/02/2007. This rule was corrected during the inspection. If compliance to this rule is not maintained, a civil money penalty of $100 will be assessed.
